Hello Parents of our Future Kindergarteners!
What an unprecedented time we are all experiencing. We know that many of us have year-end traditions and memories that are going to look a tad different this year, but we’re determined give them a proper farewell and acknowledgment of their success. Preschool Graduation is just one of the many milestones our students will experience throughout their life, and this celebration is sure to be very memorable for you and them!
We’re preparing an amazing virtual graduation this year for all students moving on to kindergarten this fall! It will be a chance for us to highlight our students and show some of the things we have learned this year. We are so excited to celebrate our graduates!
Please check the list below for who we have graduating and starting kindergarten next year
based on birthdays. Let us know if we have mistakenly left your child off this list, added a child that isn’t starting kindergarten, or spelled a name wrong. We don’t want anyone to be forgotten!

Where: In a quiet place in your own home on Zoom! (We recommend only one or two grown-ups in the room to help you with your presentation!) Don’t invite grandparents to join the live zoom call. Graduation will be recorded, and we’ll send out links afterwards to share this special experience with your family!
What to wear: Best dress!
How to prepare:
Each child needs to bring something special to them that is their favorite COLOR to present to their class during our ceremony!
Your May preschool bag has important items for the graduation ceremony. Please keep them in a safe place and have them ready for your special day!

What to wear: Best dress!
How to prepare:
- Review the practice video whenever you can. The first song, “Parade of Colors,” is one they are just learning! They have been given colored strips of paper in their May bag that will be their color to stand up on. Please staple or tape the paper into a crown for them to use for this song. All the other songs are just review for them and they should know them by heart already!
- Find one white paper in their May bag and help them write the answers to the question really big with a marker to hold up during the presentation.
- Find something special at home that is their favorite COLOR

- Colored headband. Tape or staple this to fit your head. You’ll use these for our first song “Parade of Colors”
- Your graduation cap! We can’t wait to see you in them!
- Special sealed envelope that says “FOR GRADUATION DAY! DON’T OPEN UNTIL WE TELL YOU TO!”
- One white paper sign, with answer written on them for “what do you want to be when you grow up”.
- Rainbow craft we’ll make for Y week
- Your diploma! This is the back page of your portfolios. We’ll take a picture with these at the end of the ceremony!
